How the evaluation engine works

Evalora follows a structured, criteria driven review process. Nothing rests on guesswork. Every insight traces back to the actual evaluation criteria in the funding call you upload.

1. Upload the funding call

Evalora reads the call document and extracts the evaluation criteria and their point weights, the eligibility rules, budget limits, required sections and deadlines. This becomes the scorecard for everything that follows.

2. Upload your draft application

Upload your current Word draft, even an incomplete one. Evalora works with what you have and does not need a finished document to give you useful signal.

3. Score against the criteria

Evalora produces a criterion by criterion breakdown: what is strong, what is missing, and which compliance requirements are unmet, with clear indicators of where you would lose points.

4. Apply prioritised improvements, then run the evaluator simulation

Suggestions are ranked by priority and effort, each with a before and after view you can accept, edit or reject. When you are ready, the evaluator simulation returns a predicted score, per criterion comments and a reviewer style summary.
